A Lenten Journey of Prayer, Hope and Accompaniment
As we approach the sacred season of Lent, this is a privileged time to pause, listen deeply, and open our hearts to God’s presence in the world and in others.
The Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is promoting the online event:
“A Lenten Journey of Prayer, Hope and Accompaniment”
A moment of prayer and reflection intended to accompany the beginning of the Lenten journey with a renewed outlook of hope and solidarity.
Speakers:
- Fr. Eric Goeh-Akue SJ – Mission and Identity Coordinator, JRS
- Amaya Valcarcel – Advocacy Officer, JRS
- Arnout Mertens – Director of Programmes and Innovation, JRS
- Field testimonies
The meeting will offer the opportunity to listen to concrete experiences, be challenged by frontier realities, and deepen the spiritual dimension of accompaniment.
