On the occasion of the Season of Creation, which begins on September 1, we welcome the invitation of Pope Leo XIV to pray throughout the month of September “For the Care of Water.”

Water is a gift, a source of life, and a sign of God’s grace, but it is also a reality that calls us to responsibility and solidarity. While millions of people around the world still lack safe access to drinking water, the Pope’s prayer invites us not to remain indifferent and to recognize that care for creation is inseparable from care for people, especially those who are most vulnerable.

As consecrated women, religious communities, and people committed to the mission of the Church, we are called to transform prayer into a more attentive gaze upon reality and into concrete choices of simplicity, justice, and care for our common home.
