The Anna Trust Fund: Executive Director job description
The newly created foundation The Anna Trust: Catholic Sisters’ Elder Care Fund is looking to appoint its first Executive Director.
ABOUT THE ANNA TRUST: The Anna Trust’s mission is to support the collective efforts of congregations globally, especially those in vulnerable contexts, to ensure a healthy, dignified aging process and to provide the relevant long-term care needed for all Catholic sisters.
POSITION SUMMARY: As a newly registered foundation, The Anna Trust is looking to appoint its first Executive Director. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills to establish the work of the foundation. The Executive Director will work with the board of directors to develop a strategic plan to carry out The Anna Trust’s core activities: grantmaking; field-building (developing inter-congregational networks and conducting workshops on eldercare); advocacy (developing communications and conducting other activities to champion the cause of elderly Catholic sisters); and fundraising for organizational sustainability. Under the direction of the Board, the Executive Director will implement the strategic plan and be responsible for the overall operation of The Anna Trust.
