Online program for General Councils from Latin America and Africa

The Discerning Leadership Program, the UISG and the USG, offer a formation on leadership for Superiors General and General Councilors based in Africa, and America Latina. The formation will focus on the personal and spiritual leadership of the leaders to enhance their capacities to lead their teams and congregations.

Dates:
February 2026, from 1pm to 4.30 pm (Rome Time)

• 11, 12 & 13
• 18, 19 & 20
• 25, 26 & 27

Methodology:
The online formation combines inputs from experts, personal reflection time, and sharing with diverse peers.

Participants:
This online formation is targeted for up to 250 participants based in Africa and America Latina consisting of:

• Superior Generals
• General Councillors
• 1-2 members nominated by the General Council who would subsequently share the leadership formation, process and materials with other members of the congregation

It is greatly encouraged the participation of a group of at least 1-2 General Council members including the Superior General.

Language:
English, with simultaneous translations in French, Spanish and Portuguese, based on the demand.

Cost:
100€/person (25% discount for groups of 4+)
