UISG invites Congregational Leaders and General Councils to participate in an online program designed to strengthen leadership for mission in a synodal and intercultural key.

This journey will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to navigate today’s leadership challenges, build strong and collaborative teams, cultivate compassionate leadership that accompanies members with care and understanding, and connect with fellow leaders from around the world, fostering authentic communion in diversity.

To gain the most benefit from the course, it is recommended that at least four members of the General Council, including the Congregational Leader, participate together.

The Four-Module Program:

• Responding to the Call – December 10, 11 & 12, 2025
• Teamwork – January 28, 29 & 30, 2026
• Trauma informed Leadership – March 10, 11 & 12, 2026
• Weaving Interculturality Together – May 6, 7 & 8, 2026

Program details:

• Online sessions over three consecutive days
• 2 pm – 4:30 pm (Rome time) 
• Languages: English, Spanish, Italian, French & Portuguese
• Audience: Superiors General and their Councils
