The Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is pleased to invite you to "Journeying with Refugees on a Path of Dignity and Shared Humanity: Launch of the JRS 2024 Annual Report", taking place on Tuesday, 1 July 2025, from 14:30 to 16:00 (Rome time).

Sr Roxanne Schares, Executive Secretary of the International Union of Superiors General (UISG), will join the panel of speakers, together with Br Michael Schöpf, International Director of the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS), and representatives of Caritas Internationalis and the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development. The panel will draw on extensive experience working with forcibly displaced people and will discuss future challenges for the humanitarian sector.

The event will be held in a hybrid format at the Aula of the Jesuit Curia in Borgo Santo Spirito 4, Rome, and will be livestreamed on Zoom. A light reception will follow for in-person participants.

Simultaneous translation into Spanish, French, and Italian will be available via the Zoom livestream. In-person attendees who wish to listen to the interpretation are asked to bring a smartphone with the Zoom app installed and earphones.
