Facilitation for Transformation is a new program offered to foster the development of facilitators for consecrated life, as well as ministry settings and faith-based communities.

Phase 1  |  Facilitating in the Everyday
On-demand videos and free of charge, Phase 1 includes self-guided material for integration and guides the participant in understanding how we are all facilitating in our lives.

Phase 2  |  Core Competencies for Facilitation
Focuses on core competencies including designing processes, managing group conflict, and understanding ethical considerations among other topics. Offered as an on-demand video series, it also includes 11 monthly live virtual sessions.
