The global Talitha Kum network invites you to join the presentation of the 2025 Annual Report, an online event dedicated to sharing the journey undertaken over the past year in the fight against human trafficking.

The event will provide an opportunity to learn about the main achievements of the international network, hear testimonies from different parts of the world, and reflect together on the challenges and priorities that continue to shape Talitha Kum's mission. Women religious, survivors, young people, and partners will share experiences that highlight the daily commitment to preventing human trafficking, accompanying survivors, and promoting human dignity.

The event will open with an address by Sr. Nina Krapić, MVZ, Deputy Director of the Holy See Press Office. Sr. Roxanne Schares, SSND, Executive Secretary of the International Union of Superiors General (UISG), will also be present.

During the event, Sr. Abby Avelino, MM, International Coordinator of Talitha Kum, will present the highlights of the 2025 Annual Report and outline the network's priorities for the year ahead. The programme will also feature Linda, survivor and advocate working with Talitha Kum in the Philippines and Indonesia; Sr. Carmen Ugarte García, OSR, who will offer a reflection on the mission of Talitha Kum sisters around the world; and Hapagarwi Karwi, Talitha Kum Youth Ambassador from Zimbabwe, who will share his experience of local engagement.

The event will conclude with an interactive question-and-answer session open to all participants.
