Emotions, even those we find difficult, are an essential part of being human and at the heart of self-understanding. The ability to remain aware of your ever-changing emotional experience/feelings and the capacity to manage your feelings effectively are necessary skills for all leaders today.

Our time together is an opportunity to increase your emotional awareness, embrace the common challenging (not negative!) emotions experienced by leaders, be more aware of how you learned to deal with your emotions and see how your “reactions” are invitations to self-understanding and transformation.
