Throughout the three sessions, participants will explore how the Church’s law and the law of their own Institutes can support responsible leadership, discernment, and governance, with particular attention to:

• The Church’s law: key principles concerning consecrated life and their implications for leadership and governance.
• Constitutions: the foundation they provide for living and safeguarding the charism, identity, and way of life of the Institute.
• Proper law: its role in the life of the Institute and its application in discernment and decision-making.
