These are some of the timeless and timely questions that we will explore in these three, interactive Discerning Leadership workshops:

• What compassion and courage are being called forth from us as leaders today?
• How do we show up in our roles of responsibility and service in ways that give prophetic witness to being in the world, but not of the world as Jesus modeled for us?
• How do we hold the polarity of care for people and care for our works in these turbulent times? 

Workshop 1. Leading from Within With Compassion and Courage: We will explore how we manage our reactivity and practice openness, clarity, self-acceptance, and courage.

Workshop 2. Leading with Mutuality and Building Trust: In the second workshop, we will explore how we build teams and cultures of mutual respect and trust, while also enhancing the service of our mission.

Workshop 3. Leading for Organizational Fruitfulness: In the third workshop, we will explore how to support the health and resilience of our communities and missions through structures and processes of conversation and accompaniment.
