A big challenge to the modern multicultural society is to find ways to understand the uniqueness and complexities of various cultures, to respect the differences and to appreciate the similarities in them for a harmonious intercultural living.

This workshop is designed for laity and religious particularly, those who minister as leaders and formators in Christian communities and religious Congregations. It offers both theoretical frameworks and practical tools.
