Faith and Praxis for Global Leadership invites General Council leaders to the workshop ‘Healing the Silence’

The workshop offers a safe, faith-centered space to explore sensitive issues and acquire practical tools for leadership in intercultural and intergenerational contexts. If you are ready and willing to embark on this journey to be an authentic leader, navigate complexities, and address taboo topics in your leadership, then this opportunity is for you.

Together with two facilitators, we will discuss how to embrace hidden truths among us with courage and compassion, how to be authentic leaders in complex situations, and how to embrace conflict as an opportunity for growth. We will also discover tools for transformative leadership.

"Healing the Silence" requires full participation and presence throughout the three days.
