Doctors with Africa CUAMM: Course Leadership and Networking skills
Doctors with Africa CUAMM: Course Leadership and Networking skills
Online course organized by Doctors with Africa CUAMM
The meeting aims to address two fundamental issues: leadership skills and the ability and importance of networking in health cooperation projects, where building strong connections between religious congregations, government partners, and institutions, is crucial. Why is networking so important? How do you find donors?
Networking is closely linked to the essence of leadership: the ability to inspire others and mobilise people around common goals. The quality of networking makes the difference: bringing different competences together therefore take concrete actions produces results far greater than what individuals could achieve alone.
