The Discerning Leadership Program, the UISG and the USG, offer an online formation on leadership for all the ministry of service and responsibility of the Church.
 

The formation will focus on the personal and spiritual leadership of the participants to enhance their capacity to lead their teams and congregations.

For a Congregation to participate, the Superior General of the Congregation must participate. We encourage the participation of at least two to three council members from each congregation.

A reliable internet connection is essential for following and participating in the sessions. The formation will consist of 24-sessions online spread over in 12 days.

Methodology:

The online formation combines inputs from experts, personal reflection time, and sharing with diverse peers.

Participants:

This online formation is targeted for up to 250 participants based, consisting of:

• Superiors General
• General Councilors
• Provincial Councils
• Priests and Diocesan Groups Leaders of Catholic Organizations
• Members nominated by the General Council who would subsequently share the leadership formation, process and materials with other members of the congregation

Participation Fee (regionally adapted):

• Africa, Latin America & Asia: 100€ / person (–25% for groups of 4+ for each extra participant)
• Europe, North America: 500€/600US$ per person
