The purpose of the Discerning Leadership Program is to build the capacity of senior Church leaders for the mission of discernment, reform and renewal in a Synodal Church.

It is destined for:

• Senior Vatican Administrators with Management Responsibilities
• Superior Generals and General Councilors
• Bishops and General Vicars
• Lay Executive Officers of Catholic Organizations

The program unfolds in two modules.

• Module 1 focuses on personal development, exploring themes of self-awareness and inner freedom, leading in complexity, personal discernment.
• Module 2 explores the interpersonal and organizational dimensions, focusing on forming synodal cultures, interculturality, leading and managing teams, communication and conflict resolution, and navigating polarities and creative tensions.

• 2nd Module: 8-12 November

SPANISH:

• 1st Module: 21-25 June
• 2nd Module: 25-29 October

ITALIAN:

• 1st Module: 5-9 July
• 2nd Module: 22-26 November
