Join us for a UISG gathering with three Superiors General from three continents who are integrating synodality into their leadership practices.

Through concrete examples of governance, formation, leadership teams and congregational gatherings, they will share their journeys of growth and the impact on their congregations, reflecting on the graces and challenges of their service.
