Detailed descriptions of sessions:

1. Thursday, 12 June - Creating a Strategic Communication Plan for International Religious Congregations.
Speaker: Juan Della Torre, CEO & Founder

In a world saturated with messages, religious congregations are called to communicate with clarity, consistency and purpose. This session, designed especially for religious congregations with an international reach, offers a short, practical workshop to take the first steps in developing a strategic communication plan. Because without a clear strategy, it is difficult to know where to go or how to get there. Strategy is the first step in guiding the communication mission, aligning efforts and making informed decisions. Through a simple methodology and concrete examples, we will learn to define objectives, identify key audiences, choose the right channels and build a narrative that connects with people from the identity of our own charism. An opportunity to begin charting a path of communication that is faithful to the message and effective in today's world.

2. Thursday, 19 June - Storytelling for religious congregations. The case of The Pope Video.
Speaker: Manolo Portabella, Creative Director

Storytelling is a technique widely used in today's communication. It could be described as an engaging narrative of events, with a final message that leaves a lesson or concept. This technique for conveying messages is not new, as the ability to tell stories comes from ancient practices, and it is more effective than simply saying or telling something. It is especially effective for building a relationship between values and a brand. The goal is to connect emotionally with the other person through a story. It is the ideal way for the audience to grasp the message you want to convey, as they can easily identify with a life story similar to their own or one that represents an act of overcoming adversity, that involves a challenge, and that is well told. The Pope Video is an example of the use of this technique in religious communication.

3. Thursday, 26 June - Artificial Intelligence for evangelisation. Discover how AI can be an ally in creating content for your religious congregation.
Speaker: Llanos Meseguer, Chief Operating Officer

In an increasingly digital environment, evangelisation faces the challenge of connecting with diverse people, on multiple platforms and with increasingly segmented languages. This session offers a practical look at how artificial intelligence can be put at the service of the evangelising mission. We will explore specific use cases that show how AI can help create personalised content and manage digital communities more efficiently. An invitation to discover the potential of these tools, always with discernment, ethics and a sense of purpose, to communicate the faith.

4. Thursday, 3 July - Strategic branding for religious congregations and ecclesial institutions
Speaker: Pablo Pagès, Key Account Manager

In a world where everything communicates, the Church also needs to do so with clarity, coherence and beauty. This session offers a practical look at how branding can help ecclesial institutions better connect with people. We will explore real-life cases that show how a well-constructed brand can convey identity, build trust and connect with the audience. An invitation to think of communication as a mission, where form and content go hand in hand to authentically proclaim the message we have at hand.
