DIRECTOR OF PROGAMS AND SOCIAL MISSION

The Director of Progams and Social Mission:

• assists the President, Executive Committee and General Secretary in carrying forward the mission, vision and goals of the Union;
  
• works in collaboration with the General Secretary, Financial Administrator and Office Manager on administrative responsibilities;
  
• coordinates designated programs or projects designed to implement the Union's mission, goals and directions
• represents the Union in designated external forums.

Sr. Anne Munley, IHM

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• conducts or collaborates in research related to the Union's mission, programs or projects;
• assists the President, Executive Committee and General Secretary in designing and implementing new initiatives;
• Networks with organizations having similar missions, values or objectives;
• assists with planning, preparation and coordination of Assembly and Plenary meetings;
• facilitates efforts of the Constellations to collaborate in implementing UISG programs, goals and directions;
• coordinates special projects related to the education of women religious;
• serves on designated committees or commissions;
• prepares periodic reports pertinent to areas of responsibility;
• provides other assistance as required or as requested by the General Secretary.
