DIRECTOR OF PROGAMS AND SOCIAL MISSION
The Director of Progams and Social Mission:
- assists the President, Executive Committee and General Secretary in carrying forward the mission, vision and goals of the Union;
- works in collaboration with the General Secretary, Financial Administrator and Office Manager on administrative responsibilities;
- coordinates designated programs or projects designed to implement the Union's mission, goals and directions
- represents the Union in designated external forums.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
- conducts or collaborates in research related to the Union's mission, programs or projects;
- assists the President, Executive Committee and General Secretary in designing and implementing new initiatives;
- Networks with organizations having similar missions, values or objectives;
- assists with planning, preparation and coordination of Assembly and Plenary meetings;
- facilitates efforts of the Constellations to collaborate in implementing UISG programs, goals and directions;
- coordinates special projects related to the education of women religious;
- serves on designated committees or commissions;
- prepares periodic reports pertinent to areas of responsibility;
- provides other assistance as required or as requested by the General Secretary.
