Dear Sister,
The purpose of this letter, just before the Assembly in Warsaw, is to give you an overall idea of our program for those days together and to remind you of some practical things.
I am sure you want to know how the days will evolve.
21st November:
Day of welcoming. Most of you will arrive that day, the others 22nd in the morning
22nd November:
In the morning: registration
In the afternoon: opening session with words of Welcome from Sr Jolanta Olech, President of the Polish Conference, followed by an overview of the Program, followed by the President’s Report and the Financial report.
23rd November:
This day will have two different parts:
a) Getting in touch with Polish history and culture
b) Time for sharing the life of the Constellations and preparing for the Czestochowa gathering
24th November:
Czestochowa: (departure by bus)
Day with the Sisters of the Polish Conference
a) a.m. Visit to the Shrine and Eucharist at the Shrine
b) p.m. Meeting with the Sisters of the Polish Conference
Return to Warsaw in the evening
25th November:
Day with the Eastern European representatives in Warsaw
26th November:
Day for UISG business
Evaluation
Closing Celebration
I hope it gives you an idea of the wonderful days that are ahead of us.
Before ending this letter I will like to remind you that it can be cold in Poland. The other day temperatures were maximum 7 degrees, minimum –2
The Assembly will take place at:

A representative from the Conference of Religious will be waiting for each one of you at the airport. You will recognise her as she will have a sign with UISG written on it. It would be easy to locate her as the airport is not very large.
