WHO WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE PLENARY

Dear Sisters,

 Please read these lines attentively.  Because of the uncertainty of the audience with the Holy Father Benedict XVI, we have had to advance the time of the meeting with the Superiors General who are participating in a Plenary for the first time and also the official opening.  We are really sorry, but we cannot do otherwise.  

 The Plenary will soon be here and as I wrote to you in my last message we are not able to send you the complete program yet.  However, today we are sending you the program of the first day, that is May 6^th .  We have had to make a few changes so as to schedule the exact time for the main conference, which will be given by Father Thomas Hughes, SVD. 

 The Superiors General who have already participated in a Plenary may pick up their Registration cards and folders from 11:00 on, or send someone in their name if they wish. 

 To be able to pick up your folders, it is mandated that you bring your registration card.     

 The official opening of the Plenary will be at 14:15.  It had to be advanced so as to have the main conference that afternoon.
