Day 4 May 9, 2007: Dialogue, discernment of spirit

(Rome, May 9, 2007) The fourth day of the 2007 Plenary  began with a Eucharistic celebration presided by Franc Cardinal Rode, prefect of the Congregation for Institutes for Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life.

Immediately after the Mass, a dialogue with Cardinal Rode followed.  Among the issues touched were the role of the office, its communication and how it receives and gathers information and the role of religious women in decision making in the church. The dialogue answered important questions but with the limited time left certain issues that need to be studied and discerned.
